SUBSCRIPTIONS

Some parts of the Website are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Luminous Soul Love cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting Luminous Soul Love directly via e-mail.

A valid payment method, including credit card or PayPal, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Luminous Soul Love with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Luminous Soul Love to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Luminous Soul Love will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

FEE CHANGES

Luminous Soul Love, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

Luminous Soul Love will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

PURCHASES

Certain sections of the Website or its Content may allow you to make purchases from us or from other merchants. If you make a purchase from us on or through our Website or its Content, all information obtained during your purchase or transaction and all of the information that you give as part of the transaction, such as your name, address, method of payment, credit card number, and billing information, may be collected by both us, the merchant, and our payment processing company.  Please review our Privacy Policy for how we comply with securing your personal data.

REFUNDS

Subscriptions:Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

All Online Programs/Courses: Per the required contractual agreement, the Client assumes complete responsibility for the full payment, of either a 1-time payment or the monthly payments as associated with the program and or course and chosen by the Client at the time of purchase regardless of whether the Client completes or participates fully in the Program. NO REFUNDS will be issued once access to the purchased/enrolled Program has been granted. Access is considered granted upon submission of payment.

All 1:1 Sessions/Human Design, Oracle and Energy Readings/ Distant Reiki Sessions: The Client is responsible for the full payment at the time of purchase, regardless of whether or not the Client completes or participates fully in the service purchased. NO REFUNDS will be issued.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

As a Licensee, you agree that you are using your own judgment in using our Service and its Content and you agree that you are doing so at your own risk. You agree and understand that you assume all risks and no results are guaranteed in any way related to this Service and/or any of its Content.
