Your request for an audit has been submitted & your service is being completed in the order in which it was received. Please take a moment to complete the required intake form below so I can complete your audit. Failure to do so will cause delay & increase your expected delivery time. 

Instructions on how to access & download the voxer app for our 4 day voxer access & support will be included in the email I send to deliver your energy audit to your inbox. If you don’t already have the app, you can find it free for download in the app store on your phone. Please note:I am not affiliated or associated with Voxer in any way or capacity. I simply use the app as a mode of communication in my biz.

What To Expect Next:

I’m so freaking excited to do your energy audit! I’ve already sent over your confirmation e-mail containing all the details regarding your purchase. Please allow at least 24-48 hours for your e-mail containing your purchase receipt & confirmation to come through. Make sure you check your spam/junk folder to see if it was sent there instead.

Requests for energy audits are typically filled within 10 – 14 business days (Mon-Thurs) counting from your date of purchase & does not include weekends, federal holidays, or personal holidays as communicated. Orders placed on Fri, Sat, or Sun will begin processing for completion beginning the following first business day in the order in which it was received.

 

Although rare, If in the event a wait time increase has been implemented, you will receive communication via the email you provided at checkout to notify you of any changes to the original delivery time.
